The Digital Cinema Society is a nonprofit corporation dedicated to educating and informing the entertainment industry about digital motion picture production, post, delivery, and exhibition.

With the volunteer help of members located all over the globe, we have undertaken a major revamp of our forums which is sure to them keep up-to-date, relevant, and hopefully hacker-proof. Each DCS chapter has been assigned it's own forum for the purposes of local networking and events, with the Chapter Presidents as Moderators. There are also Discussion Boards on a myriad of new technology broken down by manufacturer, or area of specialized interest, as well as regional jobs postings, and even free classified ads for the exchange of related new & used equipment.

Although now open, these forums are still in development, and we welcome your input. We hope all members will visit often and contribute so that we can leverage the success of the Digital Cinema Society to create for you a highly regarded venue for the discussion of topics related to Digital Production, Post, Exhibition, and Distribution.

We look forward to your input and participation.

DCS Members please note that the new forums are hosted in a different database than the main DCS website, so you will need to register again separately using your real name, (a policy we believe will promote open and honest communication), and you can then choose any password you prefer. (It could be the same as your DCS password, but doesn’t need to be).
